We are very happy to ship FREE worldwide.

All the following information on delivery is based on GMT/UK Time.
For orders received Monday – Friday before 3pm these will be posted on the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be posted on the following day. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent on the following Monday, unless a British Public Holiday.

Non-UK Delivery
Tracked FREE Delivery Worldwide (7-10 working days)

Please also be aware that there may be duty or a tariff to pay by the Customs Department of your country.

Additional Charge

 Please note that an order of more than 6 products to be shipped outside of the UK/EU will be subject to an additional delivery charge based on the weight of the package.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure your package is delivered on time, there may be occasions beyond our control which could cause delays. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery.

We hope you are very happy with your Bo Pura skincare, however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s), you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date specified on your order form. There will be a returns form included with your delivery.

Due to the nature of our products and the crucial need for hygiene Bo Pura Ltd does reserve the right to refuse a refund, upon receipt of the goods, if the shrink-wrapping has been removed and goods have been opened.  
Bo Pura Ltd also reserve the right to refuse refunds if the packaging used to return the goods is insufficient and has therefore led to the products being damaged in transit.  
If you wish to cancel your order and return the products, please contact or telephone 0800 707 6977 within the 14 day period mentioned, together with your order number, address and confirmation of the goods ordered. Your statutory rights will not be affected.  
Please note that return costs will not be reimbursed and will be the customers sole responsibility. We will require proof of return postage as Bo Pura Ltd cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our return address which is;

If you choose a replacement item which is the same price as the original order, we shall send this out to you free of charge. If, however, you choose a replacement item that is priced differently we shall refund the original payment and ask that you pay for the replacement product separately.

Refund of goods can only be made to the credit/debit card originally used.

If you do not return goods after cancelling the order (within 14 days from the date of cancellation) please be aware that we shall then be entitled to charge you for the full cost of the original order.
